INDICATOR MINERALS (IME: TSX-V) is a leading Canadian exploration company focused on the discovery and development of economic mineral deposits. The company has assembled one of the most qualified technical teams in worldwide exploration to focus on advancing its early-stage Mohave Copper Moly Silver Porphyry project in Northwestern Arizona. This project has a compelling copper, molybdenum and silver footprint with a coincident IP anomaly indicative of a large Porphyry system. During the 2011 drill season Indicator completed a 3,500 meter drill program designed to test 4 spatially distinct areas of the property. Eleven inclined core holes were drilled to depths up to 380m with all holes intersecting anomalous mineralization over significant intervals. Additional assay results for the last three holes, MV11009 through MV11011 are pending.

Copper

  • Mohave Copper - Located in north-west Arizona the target is a large-scale porphyry deposit rich in copper, molybdenum and silver. There is evidence to suggest that the property may host a deposit similar to the Bagdad mine, which has been in continuous production for more than 50 years and is located less than 30km away along the same structural trend. The Bagdad mine is one of several of these types of deposits that are currently in production in Arizona.
