NIBLACK MINERAL DEVELOPMENT INC. (NIB: TSX-V) is an exploration and development company with several mineral rich gold-silver-copper-zinc assets in South East Alaska. The 6,238 acre Niblack Project is currently joint ventured to and operated by Heatherdale Resources Ltd. (Hunter Dickinson Company) which has the right to earn a 70% interest in the project. The Niblack Project comprises a NI 43-101 compliant resource with a current mineral inventory that includes 4.1 Mt at 2.32 g/t gold, 38.70 g/t silver, 1.13% copper and 2.27% zinc (indicated resource). The company’s other assets include the historic mining projects of Khayyam and Ruby Tuesday located on Prince of Wales Island between 20 and 30 km NNW of the Niblack project.
